Cyber Express Library for Butts County Students

Welcome to the Cyber Express Library– your gateway to the GTC Library in Butts County!

The Cyber Express Library puts GTC students at the Butts County Center in the driver’s seat– you can use our research resources, work on your class assignments, check your student e-mail, check out books, and ask a librarian a question...all online!

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am-7:30pm
Friday-Sunday: Closed

How Does It Work?

All three of our computers are loaded with Internet Explorer so you can access GALILEO, the Web Safari library catalog, and other great library resources on the web.  

You can use the Microsoft Office 2007 suite of programs to work on your assignments. Once you are finished, you can save them on your USB drive (available at many stores like Wal-Mart, Office Max or the GTC bookstore) and upload them to your ANGEL courses.

Need a book?

Checking out books from the GTC Library is easy.  Just find a book in our Library Catalog (available online at library.griffintech.edu) and email us at library@student.griffintech.edu. Please include the following information: Title, Author, and Call Number.  If it’s available we will deliver the book to the Butts County Center main office where you can pick it up with your TigerCard student ID. When the book is due, just return it to the main office.
